Mads Mikkelsen ska spela skurk i uppföljaren till Thor. Hans karaktär lär vara en medhjälpare till ondingen Loki (Tom Hiddleston). Filmen ska regisseras av Alan Taylor (Game of Thrones), som tar över efter Kenneth Branagh.
